Find Seafood and Salt Pig
If miles of golden sands sound appealing, flanked by a massive National Nature Reserve and outstanding views across one of the largest natural harbours in the UK, you need to take a gentle cycle around Rempstone.
This route takes you to some award winning hotels and restaurants where you can sample some of the area’s delicious seafood, or you could try some foraging around Purbeck as this area is popular with those who know how to get the best free food from the land.
Spot the eye-catching woolly pigs known as Mangalista grazing on the heathlands and sample the quality of salt pig from Food and Farming hero James Warren or try some wild venison from the sika deer populating the area.
